Cancellation policy

Should something come up and you have to cancel your stay with us, the following cancellation conditions apply
cancellation conditions:

23.12.2024 - 07.01.2025 AND 08.05.2024 - 08.09.2024

Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. 
Cancellations made 13 - 4 days prior to arrival will be charged the room rate for the first night. 
Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival or later (including non-arrivals) will be charged with the total amount.
 

07.01.2024 TO 07.05.2024 AND FROM 09.09.2024 TO 22.12.2024 (EXCEPTIONS ARE LISTED SEPARATELY)

Cancellations and changes made up to 3 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes made after this date will be charged with the total amount.

We recommend our cancellation insurance. If you would like to take advantage of this, please let us know at the time of booking.
Costs are € 6,00 per person and booked day. (Children up to the age of 16 are free - insured in their parents' room) 
The cancellation insurance must be transferred to our account 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation in order to be valid.

Note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
