Cancellation policy

17TH MAY - 09TH SEPTEMBER 2023 AND 22ND DECEMBER 2023 - 06TH JANUARY 2024

• Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
• In the event of cancellation 13-4 days before arrival, we will charge the room price of the first night.
• Cancellations made 3 days before arrival or later (also in the case of no-show) will be billed with the total amount.

10TH SEPTEMBER 2023 - 21TH DECEMBER 2023 AND 08TH JANUARY 2023 - 16TH MAY 2023 (EXCEPTIONS ARE STATED SEPARATELY)

• Cancellations and changes made up to 3 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations and changes made afterwards will be offset against the total amount.

We recommend our cancellation insurance. If you want to make use of this insurance, please inform us with your booking.
Price is € 6,00 per person and day.
(Children under 16 are free of charge - co-insured with parents room)
