Cancellation policy

Should something come up and you have to cancel your stay with us, the following cancellation conditions apply
cancellation conditions:

12/23/2024 TO 01/07/2025 AND 06/20/2025 TO 09/13/2025 AND 12/23/2025 TO 01/06/2026

• Cancellations and changes free of charge up to 29 days before the arrival date.
• If canceled 28-15 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% cancellation fee of the total amount.
• Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date or later (even in case of no-show) will be charged with 90 % of the total amount.
   

09/09/2024 TO 12/22/2024 AND 01/08/2025 TO 06/19/2025 AND 09/14/2025 TO 12/22/2025 (EXCEPTIONS WILL BE STATED EXTRALY)

• Cancellations and changes free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
• If canceled 14-4 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% cancellation fee of the total amount.
• Cancellations made 3 days before the day of arrival or later (also in case of no-show) will be charged with 90 % of the total amount.

We recommend our cancellation insurance. If you would like to take advantage of this, please let us know at the time of booking.
Costs are € 6,00 per person and booked day. (Children up to the age of 16 are free - insured in their parents' room) 
The cancellation insurance must be transferred to our account 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation in order to be valid.

Note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
