Breathwork offers the opportunity to reduce stress, calm the mind, and recharge your energy through specific breathing techniques. Especially in our often hectic daily lives, breathing is a powerful tool for reconnecting with ourselves. On the eve of this year’s Fairy Tale Night, Traunkirchen will once again celebrate summer carnival on July 31. The festivities kick off at 7 p.m. at the bandstand. From there, a group masquerade parade will head to Riedlpark at 8 p.m. There, a party tent will be set up, offering culinary delights and refreshing drinks. Admission to the Summer Carnival in Traunkirchen is free.
