  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement in the following room categories (€ 35/day): Joyful Deluxe Room, Nostalgic Lake Room, Blissful Lake Room, Charming Room & Cozy Room. Unfortunately, four-legged friends are not allowed on the bed and couch or at the hotel's own bathing area.

  • 28 to 15 days before arrival - cancellation fee = 50% of the total amount
  • 14 days before arrival or later (even if you do not arrive) - cancellation fee = 90% of the total amount

LOW SEASON (14.09.2025 - 22.12.2025 | 07.01.2026  - 02.07.2026 | Expections will be listed separately)

  • up to 15 days before arrival - free cancellation & change possible!
  • 14 to 4 days before arrival - cancellation fee = 50% of the total amount
  • 3 days before arrival or later (even if you do not arrive) = 90% of the total amount

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
  • No refunds are possible for early departures.
  • Explicitly stated non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • We recommend taking out cancellation insurance as part of the booking (€ 6 per person/day).
    Note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union.
