ITINERARY
  • Meeting point at the jetty at Das Traunsee
  • Brief introduction to traditional fishing and the day’s routine
  • Boat trip to the fishing nets on Lake Traunsee
  • Continued journey to the boathouse on the eastern shore
  • Crayfish fishing and tasting
  • Filleting the catch on site
  • Tasting included: The freshly filleted fish can either be enjoyed immediately afterwards or prepared for lunch or dinner (included in the price).
