Every last Thursday of the month, the Belétage transforms into a Social Wine Playground, with a handpicked winery in the spotlight. Curated by sommelier Katharina Gnigler, expect authentic stories, a clear signature in every glass, and vibes that make wine a true experience.

You come in, a glass is poured, there's laughter somewhere. No lectern, no lecture, no raised index finger. Just good wine, good people, good vibes.

Every last Thursday of the month from 21:30, the Belétage becomes a relaxed playground for all those who not only want to drink wine, but also experience it. The Social Wine Club focusses on a selected winery each time - handpicked by Katharina Gnigler.

She invites winemakers from all over Austria that she personally finds exciting. For you, this means a clear signature in the glass, genuine encounters and enough time to really immerse yourself. No rush, no tasting marathon.

What to expect

At the Social Wine Bar on the Belétage wine fans, sommeliers, foodies, hotel guests, staff and locals come together. Everyone is welcome as long as the atmosphere is right.

The respective guest winemaker brings along his wines, tells stories from the vineyard and answers your questions - relaxed, direct, without a specialised lecture. You will taste your way through a winery's collection, understand the style and origin and discover new favourite wines along the way.

The evening is curated and accompanied by Gault-Millau award-winning sommelier of the year 2025, Katharina Gnigler, who ensures that everything fits together in the glass and in the room.

Participation is free for hotel guests and locals. Prerequisite is a consumption or table reservation in one of the restaurants of Gröller Hospitality.
