First anniversary of Belétage – Let’s celebrate.

Vor genau einem Jahr haben wir in der Post am See die Belétage eröffnet – als Bühne für regionale Produkte, weltoffen serviert im Sharing-Konzept. Mit feinsinniger Barkultur, gelebtem Gastgebertum und ganz viel Atmosphäre.

Heute blicken wir zurück auf ein Jahr voller Genussmomente, inspirierender Begegnungen und wertvollem Feedback – und sagen Danke an alle, die diesen Ort mit Leben erfüllen.

Fancy a drink? The bar. The centre and place-to-be of the Belétage. With a modern and sophisticated bar culture that stimulates all the senses and offers experiences that go beyond the drinks.

From 28 May 2025, Marcus Volsa and his team will be launching the bar's new summer menu - inspired by the Golden Age of Travel.

An era when travelling meant more than just moving from place to place - it was an experience full of elegance, adventure and discovery: luxurious ocean liners, glamorous trains and legendary grand hotels made being on the move a destination in itself. It was the time before travelling became a mass commodity, when wanderlust was still characterised by genuine curiosity and style.

This menu is for anyone who wants to travel, discover and consciously experience something new.

Award-winning from the start

The Belétage has already won several awards in its first year - a wonderful sign that we are on the right track. We are proud and grateful for a fabulous team.

In addition, the Post am See was recognised by Falstaff for its culinary offerings, which of course include the Belétage, as the Gourmet Hotel of the Year 2025 was honoured.

Culinary experiences for our guests

Last year, we also created special guest experiences that connect guests, the team and the Post am See community. Here, hotel guests can catch a glimpse behind the curtains of the Belétage:

- Social Wine Club - Drink wine. Meet people. No stiff tasting, no long lectures. Winemakers, their wines, relaxed conversations. It's for everyone, every two weeks on Thursday.

- The fisherman & the chef - freshly caught fish, exciting insights from the fisherman and real enjoyment from the chef: experience how Lake Traunsee gets to your plate - straight from the net to the tasting table.

- Negroni Workshop - Markus Volsa shows how to rethink a classic and make it at home.

- Schnapps Stories - Fine regional schnapps meet exciting and humorous stories about the schnapps tradition in the Salzkammergut.

Marie hat den Rebranding-Prozess der Gröller Hospitality-Gruppe in den vergangenen Jahren begleitet und ist aktuell im Marketing tätig. Sie hat einen Master in Management in der Tasche - und im Zuge ihrer Ausbildung viel von der Welt und von dem, was Berlin, Paris, London oder Frankfurt in Sachen zeitgemäße Hotellerie und Gastronomie so zu bieten haben, gesehen. Eindrücke und Erfahrungen, die auch den Verpuppungsprozess der Post am See beeinflusst haben.
